Nutrition and immune development in preterm infants

Prof Karen Simmer is a member of the steering committee on NEOMUNE and NEOCOL, international collaboration conducting clinical studies in Europe, China and Australia and New Zealand with the objective to develop new diet and gut microbiota treatments for newborn infants.

Professor Karen Simmer, Clin Prof Tobias Strunk and Dr Andrew Currie are members of the scientific advisory board of NEOMICS (Prematurity epigenome and proteome as a clue for prediction of prematurity complications) in Shenzhen.
