Making good choices in an age of information overload

Expecting a baby should be a time of excitement and preparation.
But in today's age of information overload, expectant mums are bombarded with messages about the do's and don'ts of pregnancy.

Online and in magazines, you'll find advice on what to eat, how to exercise - even what music to listen to.

Pregnancy researcher and psychologist Dr Monique Robinson and a panel of experts will lead a discussion on factors that really impact on the health of mum and baby --- and how to navigate through the minefield of risks and recommendations.
