Nina is a Program Coordinator in the Human Development and Community Wellbeing team at The Kids Research Institute. She plays a key role supporting the fathering suite of research projects led by Dr Vincent Mancini whose work focuses on promoting positive male caregiver involvement in the lives of children to foster happier, healthier families.
Nina brings a diverse background across organisational psychology, commercial strategy, and research translation. Drawing on this experience, her work at the Institute involves supporting the strategic direction of the team, securing funding opportunities, and assisting with the delivery of high-quality research outcomes.
With the fathering role an often-under-recognised driver of child wellbeing and family health in the literature, Nina is dedicated to supporting projects that advance more inclusive, equitable approaches to parental involvement.
